1. Eat smaller meals. Today people eat more than 1/3 more than necessary. Portion control is a great way to reduce gaining weight. 2. Take Your Time. IT takes time for your brain to register that you’re full. When you eat quickly, you can eat more than you need before your stomach gets a chance to tell your brain it is full. Slow down! 3. Choose Your Food Carefully. Don’t just eat ‘whatever’. Meal planning will result in better eating habits instead of simply putting filler into your mouth. 4. Take the Long Way! Instead of parking at the entrance, walk. Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Every few extra steps taken each day will help your health and weight and it saves energy! 5. Variety! Eat new foods, try new sports and activities. Variety will keep life spicy and avoiding complacency makes you happier which leads to less comfort eating! 6. Fresh is Best! Avoiding processed foods is good for your health. Eat fresh food and try to get as many natural foods on your plate as you can. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables tastes great and your body will thank you!  See the World

project and used technology to raise awareness of global warming.
